Homes in our sub divisions are all semi-custom. These homes usually run in the $300,000 to $450,000 price range. But there is nothing run-of-the-mill about these homes. All of them have hardwood and tile floors, custom painted interior walls, crown molding and 5-1/4” base molding. And within the design specifications, you have control over many of the other interior and exterior features.

Our custom homes usually cost between $450,000 and $600,000. These are homes from your design or homes we design with you from the ground up. Whether it’s on your lot or yours, these homes have the custom space and personal features that people expect in the home of their dreams.

Estate style custom homes start at $750,000. These can be homes that are integral to the land they’re built upon and have a spaciousness and grandeur all their own.
